Account deletion, privacy and terms for the Triora mobile app. Triora provides symptom guidance; it does not diagnose and does not replace a clinician.

Delete your Triora account

Triora is published by Beavertek. This page explains how to delete your account and exactly what happens to your data when you do.

Option 1 — delete from inside the app

  1. Open Triora and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Enter your password to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately. It cannot be undone, and the account cannot be recovered.

Option 2 — request deletion by email

If you can no longer sign in, email info@beavertek.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject “Delete my Triora account”.

We will verify that you own the address before deleting anything, and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying your request.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of the following:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials — email address and password
  • Your profile — name, phone number, profile photo, gender, age, height and weight
  • Your app preferences — language, dark mode and biometric sign-in settings
  • Every symptom assessment you have run, including everything you described, every answer you gave, and the results and recommendations you received
  • The internal records generated while producing those results
  • Your registered devices and any active sign-in sessions
  • Your account activity history

This is a permanent deletion, not a deactivation. No copy of your account or your assessments is kept in the live service after deletion completes.

What is kept, and for how long

Data Retention
Encrypted database backups that may still contain your data at the moment of deletion Deleted automatically when the backup expires, within 30 days. Backups are not used to restore deleted accounts.
Server operational logs (for example error and security logs), which do not contain your symptom information Deleted automatically within 30 days.

Nothing is retained for marketing, analytics, profiling or model training.

Privacy Policy

For the Triora mobile app, published by Beavertek.

This policy explains what Triora collects, why we collect it, who it is shared with, how long we keep it, and what control you have over it. Triora handles health information, so we have tried to be specific rather than general.

Triora is not a medical service. It does not diagnose you and does not replace a doctor. It provides guidance about what to do next. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

1. Who we are

Triora is operated by Beavertek. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described in section 9, contact info@beavertek.com

2. What we collect

Information you give us

DataWhen
Email address and passwordWhen you create an account
Name and phone numberOptional, at sign-up or in your profile
Gender, age, height and weightOptional; used to make the assessment more accurate
Profile photoOnly if you choose to add one
Symptoms and answers you provide during an assessmentEach time you run a session

Information created by using the app

  • The assessments generated for you — the conditions considered and the recommendation given
  • Your session history
  • Your preferences — language, dark mode, and whether biometric unlock is enabled

Information about your device

  • A device identifier, device name and platform, so you can see the devices signed in to your account and sign out ones you no longer use

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect your location.
  • We do not collect contacts, calendar, or other apps' data.
  • We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not run advertising.

3. Voice input

If you choose to describe symptoms by voice, the app uses your device's built-in speech recognition to convert speech to text. Only the resulting text is sent to us. Audio recordings are not sent to Beavertek and are not stored by us. Speech recognition is provided by your device's operating system and is governed by your device manufacturer's privacy policy.

Voice input is optional. The app works fully with typed input and the body map.

4. Why we collect it

  • To run your assessment. Symptoms, age, gender and similar details are what the assessment is based on.
  • To show your history back to you, so you can revisit a past session or share a summary with a clinician.
  • To secure your account — signing in, and letting you see and revoke sessions on other devices.
  • To keep the service safe and working, including diagnosing faults.

We do not sell your personal or health information. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.

5. How your information is processed

To produce an assessment, the symptom information from your session is sent from our servers to a third-party artificial intelligence provider that generates the questions, the conditions considered, and the recommendation.

That provider processes the information on our behalf and under contract. It is not permitted to use it for its own purposes.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the app — hosting, and the AI provider described in section 5 — under contracts that limit them to processing it for us.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

7. How it is protected

  • All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. The app is configured to refuse unencrypted connections.
  • Passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes and are never stored or transmitted in readable form.
  • Biometric unlock happens entirely on your device. We never receive your fingerprint or face data.
  • Sign-in sessions are tied to a device record, so you can revoke access on a lost or shared device.
  • Internal access is limited to what is needed to operate and support the service.

No service can promise perfect security, but we treat health information as the most sensitive data we hold and design accordingly.

8. How long we keep it

DataRetention
Your account, profile and assessment history Until you delete your account
Encrypted backups Deleted automatically within 30 days
Server operational logs, which do not contain symptom information Deleted automatically within 30 days

9. Your rights and choices

  • Access and correct. Review and update your profile in the app at any time.
  • Delete individual sessions. Remove a past assessment without deleting your account.
  • Sign out other devices. Revoke access on any device from your profile.
  • Delete everything. Delete your account from the app, or follow the steps at our account deletion page. This is permanent and immediate.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to obtain a copy of your data or to object to certain processing. Contact us at the address in section 1 and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.

If you are in India, you may raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer at info@beavertek.com

10. Children

Triora is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.

Terms of Service

For the Triora mobile app, published by Beavertek.

These terms are an agreement between you and Beavertek governing your use of the Triora mobile app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Triora is not a medical service and does not provide medical care. It does not diagnose conditions and does not replace a clinician. If you think you are having a medical emergency, stop and contact your local emergency services.

1. What Triora is

Triora asks about your symptoms and provides general health information and guidance about what to do next — for example, whether a symptom can reasonably be cared for at home, or whether you should see a clinician, seek urgent care, or seek emergency care.

Triora is an information tool. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, a treatment plan, or a substitute for examination by a qualified professional.

2. What Triora is not

  • It does not diagnose. The conditions shown are possibilities consistent with what you described, not findings about you.
  • It does not prescribe. It does not recommend or adjust medication.
  • It is not a doctor–patient relationship. Using Triora does not create one between you and Beavertek or anyone working with us.
  • It is not for emergencies. It cannot summon help. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services directly.

Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for any medical concern. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something Triora told you.

3. Guidance has limits

Triora's guidance is based only on what you tell it. It cannot examine you, cannot run tests, and cannot see anything you do not describe. Incomplete or inaccurate information will produce guidance that does not fit your situation.

Health guidance is inherently uncertain. Triora may suggest care you did not need, and it may not identify a serious condition. If your symptoms are severe, worsening, or worry you, seek care regardless of what the app said.

4. Who may use Triora

You must be 18 or older to create an account . You may use Triora only for your own health enquiries. Do not use it to provide medical services to other people, or to make decisions about someone else's care.

5. Your account

  • Give accurate details. Details such as age and gender change the guidance you receive.
  • Keep your credentials secure, and do not share your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You can sign out other devices from your profile at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not:

  • Attempt to access another user's account or data
  • Disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service
  • Use automated means to access the service, or resell access to it
  • Use Triora to provide clinical services, or present its output as a clinical opinion
  • Use the service unlawfully, or to harm anyone

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

7. Your content

The symptom information you enter remains yours. You grant us permission to process it for the purpose of operating the service and producing your assessment, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

8. Our content

The Triora app, its name, its branding and its content are owned by Beavertek and protected by intellectual property law. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial health enquiries. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms. Where a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Triora after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Triora is currently provided free of charge .

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of the guidance provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beavertek is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of Triora, or for any decision you make about your health based on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ending your use

You may stop using Triora at any time and delete your account from within the app, or by following the steps at our account deletion page. Deletion is permanent.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or if we are required to by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India , and the courts there will have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
